If the 1^st falls on a Sunday, bills will be mailed out on the next business day.

Payments are due without penalty by the 30^th of the month that you receive the statement. The penalty is 10 percent.

Any amount not paid by the 30^th of the month due, will have the penalty added on to the remaining balance.

Any amounts that are not paid by October 1 of the current year are automatically added to your WINTER property taxes.

There is a 6 percent interest charge on delinquent amounts included in that due amount.
